Herbed Cheese Loaf Recipe

  1. Grease a 1 lb.
  2. loaf tin.
  3. Sift the flour, salt and mustard into a bowl and stir in the herbs and cheese.
  4. Add in the egg, water and melted butter and stir till well blended with a wooden spoon.
  5. Spoon into the loaf tin and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
  6. Turn out and cold on a wire rack for about 1 hour.
  7. Serve sliced and buttered while hot.
  8. 1 loaf.
