Vickys Sparkling Peach Tea, Gluten-Free
- 500 ml hot water, just boiled
- 3 teabags
- 4 large ripe peaches, peeled & pitted
- 1 juice of a lime, 2 tbsp
- 700 ml gluten-free ginger ale
- 240 ml sparkling/carbonated water
- 1 agave nectar, syrup or honey to taste
- Add the teabags to the freshly boiled water and let steep for around 20 minutes.
- Remove teabags and let tea cool completely
- Put the peaches and sparkling water in a blender and puree.
- You can strain this if you like or leave it a bit pulpy if you prefer
- In a large jug or bowl mix together the tea, peach puree, lime juice and ginger ale and sweeten to taste
- Chill before serving.
- Makes just over 2 litres
