Asian Vegetable Salad
- 1 gal. hot water (140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Lime Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 2 cups red peppers, small dice
- 2 cups snow peas, blanched, cut diagonally into 1-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
- Add hot water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 4 (5-cup) molds (or into 1 mold for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
- Unmold just before serving.
