Asian Vegetable Salad

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into 4 (5-cup) molds (or into 1 mold for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
  6. Unmold just before serving.
