Apple Sorbet, Scotch and Soda Float

• 8 small scoops apple sorbet
• 8 ounces Scotch whiskey
• 12 ounces club soda

1. Divide the sorbet among 4 frozen highball glasses (2 scoops for each).
2. Add 2 ounces of whiskey to each glass and top with club soda.
3. Serve with a straw and a spoon.
