Corrin's Leftover Salad

  1. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
  2. Chop hard boiled eggs.
  3. Toss all add peas and beets.
  4. Add enough mayo just to blend.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill serve cold.
