Picnic Slaw Dressing Recipe

  1. I use Wesson, Mazola or possibly Puritan oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients in blender (or possibly use 2-qt size bowl and wire whisk).
  3. You can keep this in the refrigerator for weeks.
  4. Just shake to mix well and pour over minced cabbage, onion, celery and carrots.
  5. Red cabbage adds color, but add in it right before slaw is served.
