Butter-Sauteed Spinach with Caramelized Soy Sauce

  1. Cut the spinach into 4 cm lengths.
  2. Cut the bacon into 1 cm strips, and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the butter (A) in a pan, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, and add the bacon strips over low heat until they become crispy.
  4. Turn up the heat to high, add the mixed vegetables, and continue stir-frying.
  5. Add the spinach, and continue stir-frying.
  6. Move to the side, add the butter (B) on the other side.
  7. When the butter is melted, pour in the soy sauce, and cook the sauce until caramelized.
  8. Mix them all together, and if required adjust the taste with salt.
  9. Sprinkle with black pepper and done.
