Chicken Bake Recipe
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sufficient to fill a 9"x13" baking dish
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Swiss cheese slices
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- 1 stick butter
- Place chicken in 9"x13" baking dish.
- Add in mushroom soup (undiluted).
- Next place slices of Swiss cheese over chicken and soup.
- Take one box of Stove Top stuffing and mix the bread crumbs and seasonings package together in a bowl.
- Pour over chicken.
- Next heat the butter and pour over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- If it starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
