Easy and Yummy Spiced Squash

  1. bake the squash, covered, with water for 1hr.
  2. scoop and mash in pie pan.
  3. season with cinnamon and spray butter to taste.
  4. you can eat it now or refrigerate until ready.
  5. then bake again for about 45 minute covered for 1/2 hour then uncover for last 10-15 minute.
