Low Fat Zesty Shrimp Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, onions and artichokes; cook 3 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add shrimp and parsley; stir.
  6. Cook 2 min.
  7. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Drain pasta; return to pan.
  9. Add shrimp mixture and remaining dressing; toss lightly.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
