Polenta Stew Recipe

• 3 c. water, bring to boil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. polenta, add in slowly till thickened
• 1/2 cube butter
• 1/2 pound Jack cheese

1. Lower heat.
2. Add in butter and cheese to thickened polenta.
