Savory Baked Chicken Recipe
- 3/4 c. fine cornflakes
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed savory
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 half breasts
- 2 legs
- Combine cornflake crumbs, seasoning, savory and lemon rind; mix well.
- Spread on pie plate.
- Combine lowfat milk and lemon juice.
- Dip chicken pcs in liquid mix, then roll in crumbs.
- Place chicken pcs in shallow pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till tender, turning pcs to brown proportionately.
- Makes 4 servings.
