Fried spicy eggplant
- 1 medium eggplant
- 60 grams flour
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 shallot (finely chop)
- 1 cloves garlic (finely chop)
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml cooking oil
- slice the eggplant like so..
- mix all the ingredient except cooking oil and slice eggplant.
- The batter should be little bit thick texture, so adjust the amount of water
- Deep fry the eggplant, turn to the other side when one side has cooked.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Done!
