Asparagus, Tomatoes, with Meatballs

  1. Add salt, egg, and parmesan cheese, to the beef.
  2. Separate the beef into, two equal parts.
  3. Add fennel seed to one half.
  4. Form the separate beefs into meatballs.
  5. I made the fennel seeded ones smaller then the counterparts.
  6. Heat oil.
  7. Fry the meatballs covered till done turning every so often.
  8. A lot of juices will form this is most excellent.
  9. When done retain the juice, remove the meatballs and set aside.
  10. Cut the woody ends off the asparagus.
  11. Then cut in half.
  12. add to the juices.
  13. Season with salt.
  14. Simmer in juices till done.
  15. About 7-8 minutes.
  16. In another pot add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, garlic, parsley, basil, black pepper, and sweetener.
  17. Simmer 7-8 minutes.
  18. Add meatballs and asparagus.
  19. Continue to simmer.
  20. When asparagus is done retain juices.
  21. To the juices add broccoli, salt, and garlic.
  22. Cover and simmer till tender.
  23. Add the parmesan and cheddar cheese to the sauce.
  24. Simmer 2 minutes covered remove from heat still covered.
  25. Let sit 5 minutes.
  26. Serve I hope you enjoy!
