Double Chocolate Grand Marnier Brownies
- 2 ounces chocolate unsweetened unsweetened
- 2 ounces chocolate, semisweet semi-sweet
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar white
- 23 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped, optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons liqueur grand marnier or cointreau, orange flavor
- Melt chocolate.
- Add sugar, eggs, and butter.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add to chocolate mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Place in greased 8x8 inch pan.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350F (180C).
- Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier.
- Cool 1 hour.
- Frost.
