Beef With Broccoli

  1. Mix together first 6 ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cut broccoli in florets about 2 inches long.
  3. Peel stalk and slice in 2 inch lengths less than 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Put 2 tablespoons oil in hot skillet or wok over high heat.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry until broccoli is dark green, not over 2 minutes.
  6. Remove and add 2 tablespoons oil to skillet.
  7. Add onions and beef; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  8. Add broccoli to skillet and stir-fry to warm broccoli. Serve with rice.
  9. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
