KRAFT Pizzeria Style Lasagna
- 2 cups sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup each sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and green peppers and black olives
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
- 15 oven-ready lasagna noodles
- SAUTE pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, peppers and black olives in oil in a large frypan until soft.
- ADD pasta sauce and water.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- COMBINE eggs and cheeses.
- Set aside.
- SPREAD 1/4 of the sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 in.
- (33 x 23 cm) baking dish.
- Arrange 5 oven-ready lasagna noodles over sauce.
- Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over noodles.
- Repeat layers twice ending with sauce.
- Top with additional cheese.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
