Chocolate Bavarian Creme

  1. Soak the gelatin in ice cold water.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Beat up the cream.
  4. Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla pod to a boil.
  5. Add the egg yolk and milk, stirring all the time till it thickens.
  6. Mix the gelatin and the grated chocolate.
  7. Stir until everything is dissolved and cool it.
  8. When the mixture is cool, fold in the whipped cream and pour into glasses.
  9. Serve with freshly sliced fruit of your choice.
