Peach and Cream Cake
- 20 ounces yellow peaches
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 10 ounces vanilla pudding
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons peach juice
- Cake -.
- Grease pan.
- Beat together all ingredients except peaches until smooth.
- pour into greased pan.
- Drain peaches and place over batter.
- Topping -.
- combine all ingredients.
- beat until creamy.
- cover peaches and raw batter with topping.
- (optional) sprinkle over with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 350F for 35 - 40 minute.
