Peach and Cream Cake

  1. Cake -.
  2. Grease pan.
  3. Beat together all ingredients except peaches until smooth.
  4. pour into greased pan.
  5. Drain peaches and place over batter.
  6. Topping -.
  7. combine all ingredients.
  8. beat until creamy.
  9. cover peaches and raw batter with topping.
  10. (optional) sprinkle over with cinnamon and sugar.
  11. Bake at 350F for 35 - 40 minute.
