Mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 14 oz Can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup (or more) Chocolate of your choice
- 1 tbsp - 1 1/2 tbs of peppermint extract
- First chill your condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, whisk attachment, and bowl.
- Beat your whipping cream until soft peaks.
- Beat for another minute and add in your condensed milk and peppermint extract.
- Finally chop your chocolate and add into the ice cream.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
