Chocolate-Raspberry Mousse Dessert
- 10 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 3/4 cup Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter in 8-inch square dish; press onto bottom of dish.
- Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip; spoon evenly over crust.
- Spoon jam into medium bowl; stir until smooth.
- Gently stir in remaining Cool Whip; spread over pudding layer in dish.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
