Nachos with Pickled Jalapenos

  1. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In an ovenproof dish, layer chips, cheese, tomatoes, chili con carne.
  4. Broil about 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and chopped onions (optional).
