Bean Con Queso Dip

• 400 g four-bean mix
• 2 cups tasty cheese, grated
• 300 g salsa
• 1 teaspoon pickled jalapeno chile, chopped

1. Combine ingredients in a small baking dish & bake at 180.C for approx 10 minutes.
2. Serve with corn chips.
