Seafood Noodle Soup / White Hokkien Mee
- 3 tbsp fine dice garlic and shallot
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 grams bean sprout
- 400 grams fresh yellow noodle
- 10 large shrimp /prawn
- 1 tbsp slice red cili deseeded
- 1 tbsp slice cucumbers
- 1 tbsp spring onion / scallion
- 1 tbsp thinky slice roasted pork
- 1 tbsp cherry tomatoes
- 1 liter water
- 5 tbsp abalone sauce or chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- With oil saute garlic and shallot together with shrimp /prawn till no longer pink then drain aside
- In pot put abalone sauce / chicken bouillion with water and bring to a boil
- add noodle into stock and simmer 1 minute then add seasoning and bean sprout then off heat
- top with garnish and serve immediately
