Sesame Tofu (Packed with Calcium)
- 50 grams Ground sesame seeds
- 400 ml Milk
- 60 grams Katakuriko
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- Combine all the ingredients in a thick pan and stir with a wooden spatula over medium heat.
- The mixture should thicken when thoroughly heated.
- Stir for 3 minutes, pour into a mould, then let it chill to harden.
- It's nice eaten as-is, or with wasabi and soy sauce or other condiments.
