Sesame Tofu (Packed with Calcium)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a thick pan and stir with a wooden spatula over medium heat.
  2. The mixture should thicken when thoroughly heated.
  3. Stir for 3 minutes, pour into a mould, then let it chill to harden.
  4. It's nice eaten as-is, or with wasabi and soy sauce or other condiments.
