Thin-Crust Pizza Dough

  1. Mix sugar, milk, and water in microwavable bowl.
  2. Heat to fairly warm but not hot temperature.
  3. Stir in yeast and let sit for a few minutes till it foams up.
  4. Combine with rest of ingredients, kneading in extra flour as needed if it's too pasty.
  5. Let dough rise in a warm place for an hour or so.
  6. Spread it out on a greased pan, bake for 10 minutes, remove.
  7. Throw on your favorite pizza sauce (or try my "Super-Easy but Tasty Pizza Sauce" on this website), an 8 oz.
  8. package of shredded cheese, and optionally any other toppings.
  9. For a more healthy meatless pizza, slice up black olives for an extra topping; it's good!
  10. Bake for another 10 minutes or until done.
