Thin-Crust Pizza Dough
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup milk
- 12 of a standard 1/4 oz. packet yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups bread flour or 2 cups pizza flour
- 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil, vegetable oil, etc.)
- Mix sugar, milk, and water in microwavable bowl.
- Heat to fairly warm but not hot temperature.
- Stir in yeast and let sit for a few minutes till it foams up.
- Combine with rest of ingredients, kneading in extra flour as needed if it's too pasty.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for an hour or so.
- Spread it out on a greased pan, bake for 10 minutes, remove.
- Throw on your favorite pizza sauce (or try my "Super-Easy but Tasty Pizza Sauce" on this website), an 8 oz.
- package of shredded cheese, and optionally any other toppings.
- For a more healthy meatless pizza, slice up black olives for an extra topping; it's good!
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until done.
