Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 13 cups sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 cups chocolate chips
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 12 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 23 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 1/3 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, egg, 1 tsp vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Set aside.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well.
- Place paper cups into a dry cupcake pan.
- Fill the cups 3/4 full, then spoon the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, then check.
- After cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
