Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes

  1. preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 1/3 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, egg, 1 tsp vanilla and chocolate chips.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well.
  5. Place paper cups into a dry cupcake pan.
  6. Fill the cups 3/4 full, then spoon the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, then check.
  8. After cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
