Spaghetti Squash Pasta w/ Pesto

  1. Preheat oven to 375AF Fahrenheit
  2. Cut your squash in half and scrape out all of the seeds.
  3. Drizzle each half with olive oil.
  4. Then season liberally with salt and pepper.
  5. Place squash in the oven skin side up and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Take a fork and rake thru the squash to create your "noodles".
  8. Mix with the pesto and top with parmesan cheese.
