Black Bean Dip Recipe
- 2 can Pepperidge Farms Black Bean soup
- 4 x Green Onions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 5 ounce Velveeta, cubed (1/2 inch)
- 5 ounce Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes Minced, drain 1/2 of liquid out of can
- Saute/fry Green Onions in butter till very soft.
- Add in cheeses, and heat.
- Add in Rotel to cheese and stir together.
- Add in Black Bean soup and mix well.
- Let sit on low heat till all of the flavors are well-blended.
- Serve with Blue Corn Tortilla chips.
