Chinese-Style Boneless Ribs Crockpot

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  2. Cook the pork for 1 minute on each side.
  3. Place in a 4 quart slow cooker.
  4. Pour the remaining ingredients over the meat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. If the sauce is very thin, pour into a saucepan and cook until it reduces.
  7. Drizzle the sauce on the ribs and serve.
