Mozzarella Beef Pizza Loaf

  1. BROWN beef; drain.
  2. Add sauce and oregano; set aside.
  3. BROWN onion, pepper and broccoli in oil until crisp-tender.
  4. Spread meat mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the meat.
  6. Top with vegetables and remaining cheese.
  7. BAKE at 425F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
