Seasonal Vodka Gimlet

• 2 to 3 strawberries, chopped and muddled with 1 1/2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• Ice
• Thin strawberry slice, for garnish

1. Shake and fine-strain into a martini or old-fashioned glass.
2. Garnish with the strawberry slice.
