Homemade Chicken Nuggets

  1. Add all the flavourings except the flour (including the corn starch) to the ground chicken, add the egg and mix well until sticky.
  2. Roll the mixture out into oval shapes and put in a baking dish fully coated with flour.
  3. Flip the nuggets over, so they are lightly coated with flour, and let them sit for a while.
  4. Reshape the nuggets and fry in oil heated to 340F - 360F/170C - 180C.
  5. When they are crispy and golden, they're done.
