Alfredo-Zucchini Ribbons
- 3 zucchini
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- Slice zucchini lengthwise using vegetable peeler, creating long ribbons.
- Cook cream cheese spread, milk and 2 Tbsp.
- Parmesan in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through, whisking constantly.
- Stir in zucchini; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until zucchini is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
