Quick and Simple Quiche Lorraine
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 14 lb ham, sliced
- 12 cup swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 16 ounces heavy cream
- 1 fresh ground pepper
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- In pie crust add sliced ham and the Swiss cheese.
- In a bowl, mix 6 eggs and heavy cream, fresh ground pepper, and nutmeg.
- Pour over the top of the ham and cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
