Quick and Simple Quiche Lorraine

  1. In pie crust add sliced ham and the Swiss cheese.
  2. In a bowl, mix 6 eggs and heavy cream, fresh ground pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Pour over the top of the ham and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
