Easy Rice Pudding

• 2 cups instant rice (such as Minute Rice)
• 12 cup vanilla ice cream, unmelted
• 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more
• ground cinnamon, for garnishig (optional)

1. Prepare the rice according to the package directions.
2. Uncover add the ice cream and cinnamon.
3. Stir.
4. Divide the pudding among individual serving bowls.
5. Garnish with additional cinnamon.
