Boston Market Meat Loaf Recipe
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkt dry onion soup mix
- 1 lb grnd beef Ketchup for coating outside of loaf
- 1/3 c. spicey V-8 juice
- Put first 5 ingredients into blender; blend until smooth.
- Combine with meat and mix well.
- Put into greased loaf pan and cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees , for about 40 minutes.
- Take out and cover top with ketchup.
- Pour V-8 around edge and bake another 40 minutes.
