Caribbean Coffee
- 3 cups strong black coffee
- 23 cup dark rum
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- whipped cream
- Use a 2-quart slow cooker.
- Stir the coffee, rum, sugar, and extract together in the cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or on HIGH for about 2 hours.
- Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
