Bar-B-Q Japanese Steak

• 2 -3 lbs sirloin steaks
• 3 tablespoons szechuan peppercorns
• 12 cup bushmill Irish whiskey
• 12 cup light soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1. Combine ingredients and mariande steaks overnight.
2. Baste steaks with marinade while grilling.
