BBQ-Buffalo Chicken Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix sauces in medium bowl.
  3. Remove 1/4 cup; reserve for later use.
  4. Combine chicken, coating mix and egg; mix well.
  5. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  6. Grill 6 to 8 min.
  7. on each side or until done (165F), brushing with remaining sauce mixture for the last 2 min.
  8. Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and reserved sauce.
  9. Serve with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing.
