sig's Prawns with Pistachio, Chilli and Garlic Sauce

  1. wash prawns arrange on plates.
  2. Divide the lemon
  3. put all other prepared ingredients into blender and work into a semi smooth sauce .
  4. serve prawns with mixed lettuce, sauce, lemon slices and scatter a few pistachio over top.
  5. If you want to.make this extra special heat the unpeeled garlic, wrapped in foil and tomato and chilli in preheated oven about 200C/400 f for about 10-12 minutes ,towards 9 minutes add nuts to just heat them through.
  6. squeeze the garlic out when slightly cooled and add all into blender with rest of sauce ingredients .

lemon, clove of garlic, very ripe tomato, long red chilli, unsalted pistachio nuts, peppers, olive oil, rasberry
