Pulled Pork Tacos
- 2 teaspoons Ground Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 4- 1/2 pounds Pork Loin Roast, Visible Fat Trimmed
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 can (12 Oz Can) Coke Zero
- Mix together dry ingredients and rub all over the pork loin.
- Set pork in the bowl of your crockpot.
- Combine enchilada sauce and Coke Zero in a bowl.
- Pour over the pork loin.
- Place lid on top of crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Then using 2 forks to shred the meat and let it sit in the sauce until ready to serve!
- We like to eat this with hard tacos and all the fixings!
