Pulled Pork Tacos

  1. Mix together dry ingredients and rub all over the pork loin.
  2. Set pork in the bowl of your crockpot.
  3. Combine enchilada sauce and Coke Zero in a bowl.
  4. Pour over the pork loin.
  5. Place lid on top of crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. Then using 2 forks to shred the meat and let it sit in the sauce until ready to serve!
  7. We like to eat this with hard tacos and all the fixings!
