Goat Cheese and Rosemary Fondue

  1. In a small pot, bring the whipping cream to a simmer.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat and crumble the goat cheese into the cream.
  3. Add some cracked black pepper.
  4. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  5. (If it is too thick, you can add a tiny bit more cream to thin it out.)
  6. Add the sprig of fresh rosemary to the fondue and adjust the taste with Kosher salt.
  7. Pour the fondue into a fondue pot, or small pot with a flame under it.
  8. Serve hot with grilled bread and fresh fruit or other accoutrements.
