Easy Zesty Cheese Ball
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 3 sprigs Green Onions, Minced, Optional
- In a food processor, combine everything except 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
- Process for about 30 seconds or until everything is smooth and cohesive.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours and then shape into a ball and roll in the remaining parmesan cheese.
- Or if you are in a hurry, pile the cheese spread attractively in little dishes or on a small platter and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
- I like to serve this with Triscuits or Wheat Thins, but any sturdy cracker will work.
