Apple-Pecan Dressing

  1. In a large skillet heat oil and cook the bacon until it's crispy, about 4 minutes.
  2. Add onions, celery, apples, pecans, parsley, sage, and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the bread cubes, Creole spice, and chicken stock.
  5. Cook until heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and adjust the seasonings.
