Easy Focaccia Bread

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan, then drizzle about 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the bottom.
  2. Add all of the ingredients together, and with an electric mixer mix on high for 1 minute.
  3. Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan, cover the pan with a towel , and let it rise at room temperature for 1 hour, till it's become puffy.
  4. While waiting for the dough to rise, preheat the oven to 375F.
  5. Once the dough is done rising gently poke the dough with your finger.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning, and/or the dried herbs of your choice, if desired.
  7. Bake until bread is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Remove it from the oven, wait 5 minutes, then turn it out of the pan onto a rack.
  9. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
