Creamy Broccoli & Cauliflower Bake
- 24 oz frozen broccoli & cauliflower (both on same bag) (or 12 ounces each individual)
- 1 can Cream of mushroom
- 1/4 cup soymilk (or milk of your choice )
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup gluten-free baking mix or regular baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- 1/4 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In large bowl, mix together soup, milk, baking mix, butter, & 1 cup of cheese.
- Then mix in frozen veggies.
- Turn into 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
- Top with remaining cup of cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
