Tamagoyaki Japanese Omelets with Mayonnaise and Sweet Chili Sauce

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix well.
  4. Heat some oil in a tamagoyaki pan (egg fryer).
  5. Pour in half of the egg mixture.
  6. Stir in circles with a chopstick to make it light and fluffy.
  7. Roll it up from the far-side.
  8. Roll again as you add the rest of the egg mixture.
  9. Slice into thirds to serve.
