Cheddar Chicken and Vegetable Skillet

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken; cover.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  4. on each side or until browned.
  5. Remove from skillet.
  6. Add vegetables and water.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Stir in stuffing mix just until moistened.
  9. Top with chicken and cheese; cover.
  10. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  11. or until cheese melts.
