Spaghetti Squash With Meat Sauce(Microwave)
- 3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 2 carrots, chopped fine
- 1 rib celery, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. cooked spaghetti squash
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- Cook ground beef 3 to 4 minutes in a 2-quart casserole on full power. Drain fat. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic; combine well. Cover and cook 8 minutes longer or until vegetables are soft; stir several times while cooking. Add remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese and squash. Cook, covered, on full power 5 minutes, then at half power 15
- minutes. If sauce is too thick, add additional water.
