Spaghetti Squash With Meat Sauce(Microwave)

  1. Cook ground beef 3 to 4 minutes in a 2-quart casserole on full power. Drain fat. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic; combine well. Cover and cook 8 minutes longer or until vegetables are soft; stir several times while cooking. Add remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese and squash. Cook, covered, on full power 5 minutes, then at half power 15
  2. minutes. If sauce is too thick, add additional water.
